Concert Policies

  • BYO Low/sand chairs, picnic rug, and cushion seating is okay. Full Chairs, and umbrellas are not permitted.
    Please consider other concert-goer's comfort and viewing pleasure.
  • Food & beverages are available for sale for all tastes and budgets, alternatively you may bring you own picnic hamper.
  • Patrons are permitted to bring unopened non-alcoholic beverages. Please do not bring glass into the venue.
  • Under conditions of our liquor licence patrons are not permitted to bring alcohol to the Mission Estate Winery property and the terms of sale of alcohol are set down by the Napier licencing authority.
  • No animals (except guide dogs) allowed.
  • Under 18 Years of Age
    The Mission Estate Winery Concert is licensed for the sale and consumption of alcoholic Beverages and not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. Any ticket holder under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and children 4 years and over must purchase a ticket. There is no charge or ticket requirement for a child under 4 years of age accompanied by an adult into the General Admission area. All children entering the reserved area with an adult must hold a reserved seat ticket.
  • Proof of age may be required as a condition of entry.
  • No umbrella's permitted
  • Concert management retain the right to inspect all items brought into the venue including Chilly Bins, baskets and bags, patrons will not be permitted entry with prohibited items.
  • Space is limited on the green so please keep others in mind when securing your spot on the green.
  • Merchandise including hats and t-shirts will be available at the Mission Winery outlet tents.
  • Parking is available at Anderson Park. Alternatively, transport / Shuttle Buses will also be available. Check the www.missionconcert.co.nz Transport & Parking page for information.
  • If it rains, the show will go on. The show will only be abandoned if conditions are deemed dangerous. Refunds will only be available at the point of purchase, if a show is abandoned or cancelled.
  • This is a EFTPOS, Credit and Debit Cards ONLY event. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED for any of the Mission Winery outlets
  • General Admission Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold and if lost tickets cannot be replaced. Defaced tickets will not be accepted. Once you have received your ticket, it is solely your responsibility. While obviously we sympathize with you if you lose your ticket, we are unable to reissue. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the ticket. Please treat your ticket like cash, as they are irreplaceable.
  • Occasionally changes to the line up or program times occur that are out of the promoters control. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.
  • No open fires, naked flames or disposable BBQ's
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.
  • Due to our liquor licensing laws you are not permitted to come and go from the venue. Once you have entered the Mission Concert, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in.
