To apply for a refund please send an email to info@missionconcert.co.nz with the subject line 'REFUND 2020'. In the email, please supply your Order ID #. The refunding process will commence from the end of each calendar month.
NO. We cannot refund some of the tickets in an order. We can only refund the entire order.
Yes. If there is availability after the refund window has closed Concert Club Members will be contacted first and offered an opportunity to purchase tickets before the General Public.
