General Admission tickets and Reserved Seat tickets are provided as Print-At-Home e-Tickets and are available to be named (in the name of the person that will use the ticket to attend the Concert) and downloaded from your secure Concert Club Members Area.
You MUST NAME each ticket, including both Reserved Seats and General Admission tickets, in the name of the person that will use the ticket to gain entry to the event. If you have purchased E-tickets, this must be done BEFORE you download and print them. Furthermore, the name on the ticket must match the ID of the person using the ticket to gain entry to the event.

At arrival on concert day please wear your access Hardcard on entry and present to ticketing staff to be scanned. NOTE: The ticket bearer may require PROOF OF ID to gain gate entry to the concert.
Your PRINT AT HOME voucher is available to download from THE CONCERT CLUB MEMBER'S AREA of our website. Your Voucher will be stored and remain safe and secure for the life of the voucher therefore there is no rush to download. These vouchers can be named and downloaded just like General Admission Concert tickets - for instructions, please click here. 1. Please ensure that each voucher displays the person's NAME who will be using the Voucher to retrieve pre-purchased goods. 2. DOWNLOAD your Voucher. 3. PRINT your Voucher using a minimum 300dpi resolution printer, ensuring that the barcode prints properly! They can be printed in black and white, or colour, on standard A4 paper. Once printed, read the terms and conditions.
4. Do not give copies of your Voucher to others.
5. Treat your Voucher like Cash.
If you have unclaimed beverage or merchandise vouchers there are the 4 options available to you. Please see below the options and the associated procedure to claim the redemption or refund.
1. Your coupons are redeemable from the Mission Estate Cellar Door. You can use the coupon to redeem the product, subject to availability, or you can redeem the amount on the coupon as payment towards the purchase of any item at the Cellar Door.
2. The value of your coupons can be redeemed at the Mission Estate Winery Restaurant. Simply email us the following information and a credit voucher will be sent to you along with a bonus 10% on the value from your purchase.
3.You can have your 2012 uncollected voucher transferred for collection at our 2013 concert. Simply email us with the following details and replacement 2013 voucher/s to be reissued to your member booking page. Please note the wine vintage may vary and no further fees will apply.
4.You can claim a full refund of uncollected vouchers. To claim a refund please respond in an email to info@missionconcert.co.nz quoting the following information;
