Can I bring Alcohol to the event?
No, you cannot bring alcohol to Mission Concerts.
In 2010 the Napier City Licencing Authority advised SEL and the Mission Estate Winery they will no longer permit concert patrons to bring their own alcoholic beverages to our concert. This was relayed to partons prior to the 2011 concert. Please Click Here for further information.

Does Concert Club membership "guarantee" my access to purchase tickets?
Mission Concert Club members are given access to tickets prior to public release. We cannot guarantee members that they will be able to purchase the ticket category and number when applying but by being a Concert Club member gives concert patrons the best possible chance of securing the tickets they desire.

You can bring an unlimited amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you.

Bags and Chilly Bins
Bringing a bag or Chilly Bin is handy, It is a good way of carrying your lunch and non-alcoholic beverages and you can also use it to keep your wine cold after purchase but rember don't make it to big or heavy as small luggage trollies or OK but large commercial trolleys are not permitted.

If I hold a general admission ticket, can I bring a chair and sunshade device?
Yes, reasonable outdoor furniture is permitted. Low/sand chairs are recommended, picnic rug, cushion seating and umbrellas are also acceptable. Please consider other concertgoer’s comfort and viewing pleasure.

Where can I park?
For reserved holders of Gate 1, 5 or 6 car passes, access will be from 1:00pm. For General Admission ticket holders, parking will be available at Anderson Park. Shuttle bus services are available from Anderson Park. See Transport and Parking page of this web site for details.

What facilities are available for the disabled and people with restricted movement?
Reserved seating and wheelchair positions are available. There is also a reserved wheelchair area for General Admission ticket holders. Access is via sealed, gravel roads and grass paddock. Facilities are limited. Disabled parking application can be found on the Transport & Parking page of this web site.

Are children allowed?
All ticket holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 4 years and over must purchase a ticket. There is no charge or ticket requirement for a child under 4 years of age accompanied by an adult into the General Admission area. All children entering the reserved area with an adult must hold a reserved seat ticket.
Proof of age may be required as a condition of entry.

What should I wear?
This event is held outdoors so we recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, as well as coats or jackets to keep you warm. Please also consider bottled water and sunscreen as the weather can be warm during the day.

What if it is raining on Concert Day?
The Mission Concert is an outdoor event and can be affected by the weather. The stage is fully covered but the area for concertgoers is uncovered and open-air. Please note the concert will proceed rain or shine unless the site is deemed by emergency services and concert management to be unsafe . We advise you to come prepared with the appropriate weather gear.

How can I refund a ticket?
Our Ticketing Terms and Conditions stipulate that no refund or exchange on any ticket or service fee are permitted except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase. As with all arts events we have a no cancellation terms and conditions of sale policy and our Terms and Conditions also state that the producer may replace the artist at their discretion.
