Nick Charles has been a performing and touring acoustic musician for over 20 years on the local and national scene. He has been invited to and performed at the Edinburgh Festival and supported a 'who's who ' of musical visitors to this country from B.B King to Guy Clark.

A winner of the Australian Songwriters Competition and 'Roots Album of the Year' Award, Nick Charles is known for both his instrumental virtuosity and original compositions.

 Following a successful and much acclaimed journey through the 'blues scene' both Australia wide and overseas, Nick launched his solo career in 2000 with 'My Place' -a brilliant release according to all reviews and establishing once and for all Nick's standing as an acoustic stylist and composer par excellence!

Mike has played in New Zealand, England, Australia, Italy and Germany. His 5th CD was released in January 2007. He toured New Caledonia in August 2007, The Cook Islands in 2008 and at the Himalayan Blues Festival, Kathmandu in 2009.

 

Daniela Young: Daniela was the 2008 Hawkes Bay Young Musician of the Year and won a First Aggregate Prize in the Rotorua Aria Awards, 2009, amongst numerous other music awards and scholarships over the last five years.  She has also played the lead role of Belle in the Woodford House production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast 2008 and the role of Ellen in Napier Operatic’s Miss Saigon2009.  She is about to start her first year at Victoria University School of Music, specializing in opera singing.
