Terms & Conditions of Sale & Entry

  1. 'You' and 'your' refers to the customer. 'We', 'us' and 'our' refers to SEL Management Limited IRD 078-728-006. This 'agreement' means these terms and conditions and any other conditions specified by us on our booking form.
  1. Bookings and ticket purchases are transferable.
  1. No refund or exchange on any ticket or service fee.
  1. Replacement is not available for lost, destroyed or stolen General Admission tickets. Reserved seated and Hospitality tickets lost, destroyed or stolen can be replaced. A service fee will apply.
  1. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  1. Although we will endeavour to adhere to the publicised package contents, you accept that we and/or the event organisers have the right to alter elements of the event, including any advertised personal appearances, in our sole discretion.
  1. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venues terms of admission.
  1. Audio, Photographic or visual recordings of the stage performances are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted into the venue but images may only be used for private purposes, not public display. Patrons consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these recordings to be used by the event promoter.
  1. It may be a condition of entry that a search of person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue.
  1. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from an authorised point of sale.
  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with your event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with this event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.
  1. You acknowledge that neither we nor the event organiser will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
  1. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the event by you, your directors, employees, agents, contractors or invitees.
  1. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event for any reason. If we cancel an event we will provide a full refund to you.
  1. Corporate hosts must ensure that invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a drunken, disorderly or inappropriate manner.
  1. The event is all ages but not recommended for persons under 18 years of age. ID is required to buy and consume alcohol. Purchasing alcohol for a minor is illegal. Underage drinkers, excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behavior will be dealt with by police. Uniform and undercover police will be in attendance. Please do not drink and drive.
  1. Pursuant to your booking, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of your attendees and invitees. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may disclose your contact details to third parties so they can provide you with promotional material about other events. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information.
  1. The Mission Estate Winery is an area of TOTAL FIRE BAN. Patrons detected using flame including camp fires, gas bottles, flares or fireworks will be fined by the New Zealand Fire Service.
  1. The Mission Concert cares for the environment and our community. Please be respectful and drive slowly, don’t litter and use public toilets.
  2. For all credit card purchases being for tickets or merchandise the name that will appear on your statement will be Mission Concert.
  3. This agreement and all financial transactions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
